Looking for a experienced android dev to build a fintech budgeting app - Equity / Co-founder arrangements

Building Shompod — a personal finance/budgeting app for the Bangladeshi market.

Where this actually stands: Not a pitch-deck idea. I've done the market research, written a full PRD, worked out the Android permissions architecture , and built a complete clickable wireframe — I need a technical co-founder to take this from prototype to a real build.

Must-haves:

Experienced Android dev — this isn't a first-app situation. I need someone who's shipped production apps, ideally with real users

Send links — Play Store listing, GitHub, whatever proves you've actually shipped. Portfolio > resume

Kotlin, comfortable with background services / data parsing (SMS or notification-based capture experience is a strong plus, not required)

Bonus: any fintech, banking, or MFS integration experience

What this is:

Equity, not a paid gig — early-stage, pre-funding, being upfront about that

Remote-friendly, but happy to meet in Dhaka if you're local
