Elevated heart rate?

Was on semaglutide November 2023-June 2025 no issues outside of minor GI around injection days. Just restarted in June and currently on .4mg. I noticed the last few days my heart rate is elevated. My RHR prior to Sema this go around was in the 60s/low 70s. My current RHR is high 70s and when I check my watch even lying down in bed, I jump from 80/90s. I also started topical minoxidil a few days ago which I since stopped to see if that was the reason. Has anyone else experienced this? Does it level out at some point? I very well may have had this the first time I took Sema and just didn’t notice.
