[Hiring] Concept Artist/Designer for Genshin Impact Abyss Mage OC

Hello! I am looking to commission a digital artist to bring my original character (OC) to life. The character consists of an Abyss Mage (Genshin Impact), I have the visual references/ideas of the character and will send them to shortlisted artists.

I am interested in either a full body digital illustration or concept sheet (simple/abstract background). My budget is between USD 150-200 but negotiable.
