Who else is having the "finding position in room" endless loop bug?

Since the last update, my q3 randomly goes into a "finding position in room" loop and crashed. This happens after about 30 min of use. I have gone through Meta and they tried to give me an old q2 for $150, saying it was hardware related. I have talked to other who have this issue and am wondering who else?
