I (43F) utilize sex and my sexuality at work to appease more aggressive residents

I (43F) work in a homeless shelter and have done, what some may say, are questionable things...

Eight months ago I was hired as a social worker within a facility to handle the usual assessments, intake of residents, addressing substance abuse recovery, finding stable housing and employment but I admittedly have added to my own job description.

In my first week of working there I was assaulted by a resident.

During an intake assessment with him he was acting "inappropriately"; making comments on my appearance, suggesting various lewd acts, that kind of thing but that does come with the job at time because these individuals all have varying levels of mental health issues resulting in their present situation.

I can get into that and the other occurrences another time, as there are numerous at this point, but for now I will just say it changed how I approached my job.

Over my time working within the facility I have utilized sex or my sexuality to ease and calm tense situations as they arise frequently, and honestly, I am really enjoying it.

There have been sketchy encounters to say the least, one such encounter involving 3 of them cornering me as I came out of a single use staff bathroom before pushing me back into it (Story for another day maybe) but I find myself being more and more enthralled and excited by what I am doing, becoming more brazen with each encounter.

Anyway, that's my confession... obviously I havent discussed anything overtly sexual in this post but I may recount some of my more... "memorable" encounters... at a future date.
