Ppto vs pto for a medical absence

I’m a 4-year associate in good standing, working part-time. I had an accident(at home) yesterday that requires me to miss three days of work. I have enough combined PPTO (17 hours) and PTO (15 hours), but I would rather use up the remaining PTO and 1 hour of PTO and assign that point to the day (since I only have 1 point dropping soon anyway). I’m going in today to talk to someone. Who knows what my rights are? I do have a doctor’s note for a week, which I know they don't care about, but it only affects my work for three days, and since I'm willing to take the hit for a point, it's actually only 2 days. I'm just trying to negotiate between using my PTO and PPTO. Any advice?
