First time renting temp fencing for a job site in Van Nuys – how does the process work?

Been doing interior remodels for years and just landed my first ground up ADU in Van Nuys. Owner wants the whole lot fenced off the entire time we're working, so we're talking like 3 months of temp fencing.

Heres the thing... Ive never actually rented temp fencing myself. Every job before this it was just already there when I showed up, someone above me handled it. Now that its on me Im realizing I dont actually know the basics lol.

Couple things throwing me off. Do they just drop the panels and you set em up yourself, or does a crew come out and install? Is it billed monthly or one flat rate for the whole stretch? Also read somewhere the panels need to be staked or weighted down or they blow over in wind... which honestly hadnt even crossed my mind.

Not asking anyone to hold my hand here, just tryna not sound like an idiot when I start calling around for quotes. Is the process actually as simple as it sounds or are there gotchas ppl run into?
