Advice for uni?

So i want to be brief so i dont waste peoples time
Going into year 2/4 of my computer science bachelor.
Not stoked about the direction of the country after being here 20 years.
Family decided to sell family home and leave the country end of next year (start of year 3/4)
I wont be able to expect money from them byt im technically still a dependent by susi standards etc.
So my question is what can i do to afford uni etc (work recommendations or side gigs)
How to build up experience in CS
And how to save enough money to get set up after uni
