New to life style, how do you stay focused?

Hello ladies, hope your experiences and wisdom can help me out here.

After a long vanilla relationship, I started dating again mostly for fun - not looking for anything serious. I met this guy I like a lot who revealed to me that is into femdom mostly. So we started sharing pleasent moments togheter, I started searching for contents online to replicate that both of us would enjoy. There are many things that I like of those dynamics. Nonetheless, I’m still a newie.

One thing I cannot understand is how to control my enthusiasm. Sometimes I don’t even need to get an orgasm, I genuinely enjoy seeing him getting so much pleasure from what I do to him. But, even if I have an idea of what I wanna do, sometimes I get so excited and overwelmed that I cannot make it last longer, as we both wish, or Im not able to tell him exactly what to do and what not to do not because I don’t have an idea but because I’m so turned by him and the moment… I want to have more control on myself to make all of it more pleasent for both of us. Idk if this is something that I can learn or what. What do you think?
