Newly diagnosed and realized something cool about my brain
My brain seeks patterns. I did not have words to describe this before I was diagnosed. I realized that because I find patterns, it makes me incredibly time efficient. I find the most efficient ways to maximize time easily. Don’t get me wrong, I still struggle with the inertia of actually doing the tasks sometimes. But when I do things, best believe they are in the correct order for efficiency’s sake.
My husband is allistic but has severe ADHD and this is something he struggles with the most. It’s pretty cool that it’s something my brain can accomplish with little effort. It keeps us both on track lol
