its so hard to move on without closure

It's been weeks now but its still hard to get them out of my system, the usual routines that they've been part of. ang hirap mag move on from a relationship na walang closure. yung as in zero response kahit tangang tanga ka na, no acknowledgement, no apologies, as in wala. left on read lang.

i know to myself naman na in denial ako sa part na naka move on na ako. ginawa ko na lahat to distract myself, it worked somehow pero meron padin talagang oras na uulan ng what ifs at anxiousness sa utak ko. i guess what will really help me is acceptance and time, but once it's away, it's away. :))
