Suddenly my husband only wants non sexual intimacy

Me(30f) and my husband(32m) were on long distance immediately after our marriage 4 months ago.

During our dating phase we were very active sexually atleast every other day,then came the long distance and finally we reunited. It was great, he was great... but only problem was his sexual desire had reduced where as mine had sky rocketed. Of course there is no cheating involved both the sides.

When we discussed this topic , he simply said he is very happy and satisfied with other parts of our relationship and he is not having the urge to be sexual all the time..so he is not thinking about it much. Where as for me it is a true form of connection and being close to him..while I also enjoy our non sexual cues..but ive always seen sex only through him..so the desire to experience with only him is quite strong.

What could be the reasons for this sudden drop? He definitely is also going through a bit in his life due to his family situation and he is recently unemployed. But can these be the only reasons for the drop,.. i dojt wanna believe thay coz in the past he has been through things too but the desire never dropped..

Kindly let me know how to come to a middle ground here..i dont wanna ruin my marriage just coz of this.
