Choosing a vendor that doesn't disappear AFTER you pay. How’s the post-op care?

One of my biggest fears about going to Turkey for implants is what happens the night after the surgery. You're in a hotel, in a foreign country, probably in some pain - what if something feels wrong?

When vetting vendors, how do you know which ones actually provide good aftercare support? I’ve heard stories of clinics being great until they get your money, and then they stop answering your texts. Has anyone worked with a vendor that actually had a dedicated coordinator who was there for them 24/7 during the recovery days? I really want that safety net.
