Anyone also dealing with one sided swelling on their body??

I already have some chronic ilnesses including HEDS, POTS. Anyways I've never really experienced this before. A few months ago i noticed swelling in one of my armpits but dismissed it.. then my breast got swollen too but still dismissed it but 2 months ago my knee started swelling too and started hurting often, even my leg is a tiny bit swollen. All on the same side of my body, It is super weird and I dont even know what can cause that.

Anyone experienced this before? What did it end up being?
