best cooling mattress options
Really trying to narrow down the best mattress for hot sleepers and I'm at a crossroads between a couple of shortlisted ones and can't decide, but don't wanna botch up this decision. here's the list, would really appreciate some real feel reviews and input please, because this has to be bifl pick as some of them are pretty expensive.

Helix Midnight Luxe: Helix is so far up the list because I religiously watch strange aeons's youtube videos and she's been raving about it for years even though she's not a lifestyle kind of creator at all. 100 night sleep trial so great for returns and pretty firm which would be great for spinal alignment and back pain too especially around that time of the month when it goes insanely bad.

Amerisleep AS5 hybrid: saw this one in a video review of amerisleep and the memory foam looked good, it's supposed to have enough give to mold to your body but firm enough to be supportive where joints contact the mattress. but this is just from reviews, can someone confirm? it has a plant based biopur cooling system which I'm just assuming is a cooling gel layer, does it work long term? because they're all cool to the touch but do they stay like that throughout? trial, shipping, and warranty all good.

Brooklyn Bedding Aurora Luxe cooling: really really pricey but on sale right now, so willing to consider it. Another memory foam cooling mattress with another cooling cover on top and gel-infused foam so not as much a cooling layer as the whole foam layer is supposed to be cool. been told to get yet another "glaciotex cooling cover" to go on top and this would be the perfect option. anyone wanna confirm that please?
Note: I'm staying away from latex mattresses in this process, they're just too hard and weirdly textured to sleep on (side sleep position). I am well aware that those are the best for lowering body temperature but I don't particularly wanna consider them, so leaning more towards hybrid mattresses.
Also, I've been told to look at good coil systems, i.e individually wrapped coils and gel in between the coil layers for the most breathability and temperature regulation, how do I filter my search for those options?
Last question: lots of support for cooling covers in general and I wanted to ask the about the durability on those, how long does the cooling effect last and does it being a quilted cover make a difference in that shelf life? should I look at cooling technology covers (mostly made out of non-breathable materials, I assume not to let the cooling seep out) or just go for organic cotton covers and cotton sheets to play it safe?
