Magnetic Wireless Keyboard not working well with Roblox (mobile) movement

Ok, first the title is a bit misleading, because the mouse and keyboard are working fine BUT its just the WASD and Jump keys only works if I hold down alt, which is annoying, and also the mouse is working perfectly fine if I connect it with an otg. So what do I need to do to fix this?
