damage bug visual and smoke

"Hi everyone, I need some help. I'm experiencing a visual bug where cosmetic car damage (like scratches, collision dents, and mud) and tire smoke during drifts just don't appear anymore. This issue started happening after a friend logged into my Xbox account on their device. Has anyone experienced this or knows how to fix it?"
