$300 Bike Rack suitable for back roads?

Hey all, fairly new to biking. Me and my wife are heading up to a lake house in New Hampshire and will be bringing our bikes. My bike is 30-pounds, wife’s is 35 pounds. I have a 2-inch reciever on my truck and just looking for a heavy duty bike rack that’s not going to break off while I’m driving on the Highway at 75 MPH.

Budget around $300. I’ve been researching this but having a tough time figuring it out. Any real world experience here?
