in desperate need for advice after dose change depression

since august 2025 i was taking 25mg a day to help with my horrible hormonal acne. it worked great my skin looked better than it ever did. but around april 2026 my acne came back so in may i started taking 50mg (25 in the morning and 25 at night). it’s been a month and ive been getting less breakouts but the side effects are destroying me. aside from unusual periods ive notice and significant increase in anxiety/depression and im overthinking 24/7. i dont know if i should go back to 25mg due to my acne improvement but the mood swings are really making me hate this new dose. will my side effects stabilize overtime or should i do something else?
