Incorrect payment for skilled worker sponsorship decision

I applied for a skilled worker visa and paid the £500 for priority service (answer in 5 days) only to find out in that 5-day priority window that I had selected 'job listed on the Immigration Salary List' when my job is not on the list (my Certificate of Sponsorship had selected 'yes', so I assumed this was correct).

I then had to provide my bank details to pay the £315 correction charge in a 10 working day window, which was debited late approximately 16 working days later. Now I'm not sure when I'll hear an answer back - whether the clock starts again on 8 weeks regular processing time from now as the payment has been taken, or from the date I submitted (1 month ago now), or something else? Has anyone had any experience with this? UKVI don't provide case-specific answers and since the visa is already being processed Immigration Advisors don't have many answers
