Every night I decide to go for a morning walk, but every morning I fail. How do I break this loop?
Honestly, it’s getting frustrating now. Every single night before sleeping, I genuinely want to wake up early and go for a morning walk. I set my alarm, mentally prepare myself, and feel motivated.
But the moment the alarm goes off in the morning, my brain completely switches off. I just hit snooze, make excuses in my head, and go back to sleep. Then I wake up later feeling guilty and mad at myself.
I really want to build this habit but I just can't seem to get past that first 5 minutes of waking up. How do you guys force yourself out of bed when your brain is literally begging you to stay in? Any practical tips to break this cycle?
