I'm less than 12 hours in, when does the pain stop?

This feels awful. Not just mentally, but physically. I wish I could grieve but I'm just physically miserable right now. I've been woken up by the pain and it feels like I want to throw up but not bad enough to go to the hospital. It's constant. How long is it constant? This feels like a slap in the face on top of everything else.
