Looking for job opportunities- Referral

Hello everyone,

I am a Financial Crime Analyst with an experience of over 3 years in AML domain. I was laid off from my previous company without any heads-up and it’s been 6 months that I am trying to look for an opportunity but seem to have no luck.
Couple of days ago I came across a job posting in JPMC’s career portal for “Financial Crime Analyst” role. The role perfectly aligns with my experience. I have applied externally but it shows “Under consideration”. There are other two roles that matched my profile and it’s been more than 2 months that the status shows “Under Review”.
I am unable to understand the difference and each day is making me feel more discouraged. I am new to this platform and I am hoping that I can use your help in helping me land a job at JPMC.
If anyone is able to refer me for the Financial Crime Analyst role or offer any guidance, I would be truly grateful.
