Second “Item has been presented to Canada Border Services Agency for customs review”

Got an update on July 10 saying the above \^ which I know is normal as it’s from India. Got a second update July 12 saying the same thing? Any idea why? I’ve had packages cleared and also denied for lacking documentation due to sender but neither had a second update like that.
