Vyvanse + Guanfacine? - Somebody success?

Hello, i have tested all adhd, and im not going well, my life is getting broken, stop working, testing antidepress etc... psyc is useless, i have spend all my money in private doctors, neurofeeback biofeedback therapies etc etc...

My question is, somebody have been able to tolerate the euphoria of vyvanse using guanfacine?
I have read that they are good combo (but of course never hear of that by any psyc, so is normally me who suggest meds to them)
