Is the price of a new car negotiable at dealerships in Luxembourg?

Hi everyone,
I’m planning to buy a brand-new car in Luxembourg from a dealership like Car Avenue. I’ll be financing it with a standard car loan (not leasing).
I’m wondering if the listed price is usually negotiable. Has anyone managed to get a discount on the purchase price, or maybe some extras included (maintenance, accessories, extended warranty, etc.)?
I’d really appreciate hearing about your experiences and any tips for negotiating.
