My experience

Today I was standing at the bus stop by Tweed Mall when a random man came and punched my arm. This is not even the first time I have been attacked at the same bus stop. I have been verbally, sexually, and now physically harassed. I have already made a police complaint but of course there has been no response or action. I work in Tweed so it's not possible for me to avoid the bus stop. I genuinely have no idea how I can go about this. I love my job..but.. The most insane part is the police station is about 5 minutes away from the Tweed Mall bus stop. And interestingly and pathetically enough, I have never seen police patrol that area.
Many have been assaulted and harassed in this area and I do not understand why police do not strengthen the police patrolling.

How can I go about this? What can I do?
