Bokonbayevo to Karakol

We are planning on going from Bokonbayevo to Karakol in September and would like to stop at the Barskoon Waterfall and Jeti Oguz along the way.

Does anyone know how much a private car hire would be to make this trip and how long the entire journey would approximately take including the stops?
