AI visibility tools

Hi.

I've heard a lot about "get your brand mentioned in AI answers" etc. but which tools are you guys using and which ones can you recommend? I would need something that can track across models and give recommendations on what to optimize, cause I do not know anything about this space.

Thanks in advance!
