My Sidar deck feels powerful, but lacks consistency imo. I'm not experienced at deckbuilding. What can your eyes see that mine can't to improve my deck? :)

Hi everyone,
I’m looking for some feedback on my Sidar Commander deck. I’m trying to make the deck feel more consistent overall, especially by tightening the mana curve, improving opening hands, and cutting cards that don’t really help the main win condition.
My idea was to keep the deck centered around early knight pressure, a lot of graveyard value, discard/reanimation abilities, and unblockable damage for cards like Summon: Primal Odin. I’m mainly wondering which cards feel like easy cuts, which cards would support that gameplan better, and whether the ramp package and curve look reliable enough.
Any suggestions regarding cutting cards that don't fit my win condition and adding cards that do fit will be greatly appreciated!
Thanks you :)
ps. I'm planning on taking the planeswalkers out, I put those in half a year ago for vibes.
