[HELP] Got my car towed from sand parking - Al Tawun

My car ( and several other cars) were towed from one of the unmarked sand parking areas on Al Taawun.

I had been parking there for years. Travelled and came back to find the area is becoming a construction site - area is flattened - all cars towed (nearby resident confirmed seeing cars getting towed)

Called municipality. They told me that cars were moved to Shabab Al Khan cafeteria area.

Went there - but could not find car. Any idea what to do? I called the police but they told me to go back to municipality.
