port out protection

been with T-Mobile for 15 years total five lines really annoyed with the latest increase per line thinking about moving over to US mobile I’ve already generated port out pin. How do I remove and disable the port out protection? I do not see that option anywhere in the T-Life app I do see SIM protection, which is turned off, but I think this is different than the port out protection.
