Is anyone else’s Do Not Disturb not working properly?

Has anyone else had issues with Do Not Disturb since updating to the latest iOS?
I’ve got an iPhone 15 Pro Max and over the last few weeks calls and FaceTime have been coming through even though Do Not Disturb is on. I’ve checked all my Focus settings, Emergency Bypass, allowed contacts, repeated calls etc. and everything is set correctly.
Just wondering if anyone else has had the same issue or if it’s just me?
