Anyone used a local independent estate agent in Hackney they'd actually recommend?

Finally getting round to putting my flat on the market and trying to work out who to go with. Foxtons have already been in touch twice and honestly just not feeling it — too corporate, feels like I'd just be one of a hundred properties they're half-heartedly marketing.

Want someone local who actually knows E8 rather than just someone with a big advertising budget.

Someone mentioned an independent estate agent "Homefinders" that's been around for years in Hackney, apparently they're proper local rather than a franchise. Just wondering if anyone here has actually used them or heard anything? Good or bad.

Or honestly if you've had a good experience with any independent agent in Hackney or Dalston I'd take that too. Just want someone who picks up the phone.
