Did VR remove the new characters from the constellations?

I really really really want some of the Orchid Academy girls on my team, especially Lilia, but i just can't get them from the free match drops. Since we got the 50 bond stars from a code recently, i wanted to take the opportunity to try gathering a few of them from the player universe. I rememberred Lilia and a few more of the girls being from the bracelet constellation, but when i looked at the possible drops, they weren't there. I figured i remembered wrong, but when i tried constellation search, it said no characters found, despite Inazugle saying she should also be available from them.
