Would you take this job as a fresher? M21

I recently got my first corporate job offer as a fresher with no prior work experience.
The pay and benefits seem decent for an entry level role, and the company also mentioned opportunities for internal transfers, further education support, certifications, and long term growth.
My only hesitation is that the role is a **permanent night shift**, not rotational.
