Pc crashed to a green screen?

Hello, I had a one off instance of my pc crashing while I was playing, everything ran smoothly till the crash suddenly happened, and went to a blank green screen, made buzzing noises and rest. I was wondering would this be a gpu issue? Or maybe ram? Idk how to test as no info was avalible after the crash.

I was playing roblox, a game that is pretty big and graphically intense at max settings at 180hz, and before that I had been working on kotor which made me reset my pc a few times while trying to edit files to make it work at 1080p, it also crashed because I had it going past 60fps, when I exited the game my pc froze up with Windows looking like a big saw puzzle.

Thats about all I can think happened, I have had the pc for about 3 months, all used parts
