what game am i playing?

im new to funger but i have been looking up walkthroughs for enemies, bcs i dont have a lot of free time to spend dying a lot lol. anyway, my game seems to differ in a lot of ways from the walkthroughs. for example, the wiki says to attack cave mothers breasts to stop cave gnomes from spawning, but i have no option to attack any part of her except for her torso. in the second half of the fight, i can only attack her head. it also says she wont aggro u if u leave her eggs alone, which i did, but she aggroed me anyway. im not sure if im missing something? wiki also says that lizardmen are difficult and have 425 hp torso, but i killed one with one hit of 75 damage to the torso. so, im a bit confused lol. i am on the standard fear and hunger mode!
