Visit other households + Community time

Hey guys!

I become a bit rusty in terms of Sims 2 modding since I returned to the game recently after more than a year of pause because the pink soup was suddenly fixed and I can play my favorite big bloated hood again, yeey!

So, I want to ask you something cause I just can't google the right solution and frankly a bit exhausted by life now.

I always wanted to have a mod that allows you visit other sims' household lots. But I heard it conflicts with the Community time mod (I use CJH_CommTime(StandAlone).package), and I cannot imagine myself playing without this one. Is it any solution to make them work together?

So far, I found this post, which even has a compatibility with Witches only fly if have brooms that I also have, so it's neat! But there's no word about Community time mod in this post. Also, it appears to cause a problem I would not be pleased to deal with. (Any method to make BuildBuy enabled at all time forever? I'd love that!)

I also have some part of InTeen edited by Midge, I believe, (I use her ACR + Romantic Standarts setup), and I've read that the mod for visiting neighbors also conflict with InTeen.

So, what's the latest solution for this now?
