EBF mobility issues follow up

About a month ago I made a post asking if others were experiencing the same mobility and strength issues I was while EBF (original post). I just wanted to make a follow up as I’ve since discovered that a blood pressure medication I was prescribed for severe vasospasm called Nifedipine was the main reason for my issues. While breastfeeding has caused fatigue and tightness in my joints, Nifedipine was the reason I couldn’t get up off the floor without help and why my muscles started locking up. I’ve been off the medication now for a few weeks and I’m slowly getting my strength back, thank gawd.

Just an FYI for any others on this medication and feeling as defeated/unsure as I was - maybe check in with your doctor!
