Mention the refused visa from Greece in Portugal application?

Need your help urgently!

Have an appointment at Portugal Visa Center in Edinburgh tomorrow. I live and work in the UK and since 2022 on student/graduate visa and since 2026 on a skilled worker visa. Before I was granted Schengen visa 3 times in the UK by Sweden, Netherlands and France.

My last Greek visa application was rejected as i planned to stay 5 days in Greece and 5 days in Italy and booked all the hotels through booking.com ( heard it’s not accepted by Greek Consulate).

This time my plan is to have a week vacation in Faro in August. I have been to Faro in 2024 when i had a French Schengen visa. Do i need to include the refusal letter in the supporting documents and do I need to mention about it in the cover letter? The application form doesn’t seem to ask about any refusals so not sure how best to approach… appreciate everyone’s help
