Urgent help regarding counselling r2.

I got a seat in msit in round 1 but I didn't pay the seat acceptance fee and went for physical document verification.It is showing that I'm ineligible for counselling so do I have to apply a fresh registration or I'm completely banned from further rounds of councelling?
