Which clg to choose

Guys, I need your suggestions for my cousin.
She has two options:
NIT Patna – Electrical Engineering (EE/EN)
SCSIT/SCSITS Indore – Computer Science Engineering (CSE)
Which one would you recommend and why?

Considering placements, future career opportunities, and overall college exposure, which would be the better choice?
