LTIMindtree vs Cognizant

Which one to choose guys, LTM started to onboard batches, I didn't receive yet, also CTS no OL received no idea when.

Both 4LPA offers oncampus

I could see there is not that much growth, projects in LTM, also if in bench as my pov from other reddit pages and researches. But pro is they give preferred location after training. CTS Doesn't give preferred location it seems, complete random

CTS also not that much, but comparatively better in terms of salary and project it seems.

Which to choose guys?
