Country change

I live in the UK (london) and my app setting is in the UK. When I click my Vinted Balance, it automatically tells me that I am in the UK but when I try to set my billing address(which is of course in the UK) the app tells me that I can not change my country.

Anyone had this problem? I just sold an item but can’t seem to get the shipping label due to this address problem

I did not use VPN nor even travelled abroad during the time from creating this account to selling my item.
