Shutter sound on japanese iPhone activated after iOS update 26.5.2

After updating my iPhone 17 Pro Max from Japan to iOS 26.5.2 it started doing the shutter sound while being in Europe with an european SIM. I had no shutter sound before, has someone the same problem? Did you manage to get rid of it?
