I can't login/can't contact support

Hi. I am having an issue loging in. I have an account with audible on my old phone that i've used for years. The app. I've since changed my phone number but the app stayed and never updated it.

And now I got a new device. And I am trying to log in with all my known passwords and it is giving me errors. The problem is that I receive the code by email, but then the second code goes to a number I no longer have. and when I try to use live chat, it tells me I need to log in to receive support.

So, I can't update my phone number, I can't log in. and I can't chat with support because I need to be logged in to do so.

I actually have 2 accounts. One with audible.com and one with audible.co.uk. And both with the same email address. And I can't login into either. The app still works on my old phone, and all my titles are there. But I can't update it on my new device.

Any help, please?
