Which deck should i play?

I kinda confused with new meta and legendary cards that i have received.

So i need some help from more experienced players.

I hit legend in preceded season, i play only f2p (so i dont have a lot of cards from other expansions), i have 8440 dust, i dont like (and really dont want to) dust my cards, i tend to min max my deck efficiency compared to deck cost.

So to sum it up, i want to create a deck that has 50+% winrate in diamond+ and will not cost much for me.
