Finding a boyxboy book

I read a boyxboy story a while ago where the lead is a guy in highschool/College who is closeted. He goes to a party (probably his first) and is awkwardly sitting on a couch when he meets a cool guy who is drinking (maybe smoking?). The guy he meets is openly bi. They talk but the lead gets flustered because he doesn't want people thinking he's gay. After the party they keep seeing each other at the gym and somehow get together?

Some random facts I remember:

- The love interest has a big car? Possibly dark green?

- The lead has a panic attack because he went into the love interests bathroom and saw he has a box of large condoms

- the love interest has his own apartment

Thanks in advance :))
