Possibly bricked my device trying to install Rockbox?

I got the Y1 today and tried to install RockBox on it (which was a bit of a challenge on Linux). Eventually it got installed, but when it was installed, the scroll wheel had no functionality, and the only thing that gave any response was double clicking the middle button for selecting. I tried clicking on play but obviously there was nothing there.

Then it vibrated and shut down. None of the buttons do anything. the only response it gives is if you plug a USB cable in, it shows a black screen and a battery icon, indicating that I have 90% battery (and it is going up when I leave it charged). The Innioasis Updater cannot detect the device either (with 3 different USB cables, one being the one I used before), so I can't restore it.

Have I bricked my device? What has happened? Can it be fixed?
